{ So...I'm branching out...to a top hat! Yep... }

I will soon be working on a brand new design! I am sooooo very excited to add "mini-top hats" to Georgia Couture! These top hats will be perfect for newbies as well as toddlers and little girls! I will be adorning the top hats with feathers, fabric flowers, and vintage buttons. I know...exciting right?! I can't wait...stay tuned!
